Brian Vezelis did a superb job during the winter of 2025 for replacing our concrete front porch, which was 70+ years old and was cracked and crumbling. We always trust Brian to do a flawless job. He never cuts corners. Brian is a true perfectionist with everything from the foundation to the artistic finishing touches, looking at every aspect including proper drainage in the surrounding area. Brian also fixed some open spaces where the dormers connect to our roof, fixing a cold draft problem we had for years. Brian did a wonderful job installing an exhaust fan in our vintage bathroom, fixing the peeling ceiling, and creating an inconspicuous access panel for us to get to the plumbing in there if needed. Can't recommend him enough - will definitely be calling him again!
We engaged Brian to replace the stone facade on the front of our house this spring. What was expected to be a relatively short term project turned into a very extended one when major undetected water damage was discovered during the first phase of the work. This necessitated not only having to remove and replace all the affected wood beneath the stone but also demolishing the existing concrete front porch to provide access to the damaged area, which we decided at that point to replace with a deck. The entire project extended well into the fall due to the extensive changes and additional work. Brian stayed on top of everything and handled all the necessary materials procurement, demolition, removal of debris, and design/build of the new deck and stone facade, most impressively as a one-man show! The quality of his workmanship is excellent, and he will be returning in the near future to complete some indoor drywall work as well. We highly recommend Brian!
Brian was very knowledgeable, resolved all our issues, very meticulous, easy to work with, and did a great job. The project did take longer, and cost more than i expected, due to additional work required to get the job done right!
We had Brian replace our over the range microwave with a range hood. This job also required some backsplash tile work. He was extremely professional. We are so pleased with the job he did. The hood and tile look great. We would highly recommend him for any job.
We recently had a tree branch fall and damage our shed roof, and I was worried it would be difficult to find someone to repair it quickly—especially before the next rainfall. Fortunately, we connected with Brian on a Monday, and by Wednesday, the job was already done!
He was incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. Brian even matched the shingles perfectly, which isn’t easy to do, and the overall quality of the work exceeded our expectations.
We also ran into a delay with our electronic payment clearing, and Brian was very understanding and patient throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone both skilled and kind these days. We’re very grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs or similar work.
Brian replaced 20 windows in our house. He did an excellent job at a great price He is extremely clean and efficient. I will use him again when the time comes.
Brian Vezelis installed and has maintained/sealed my cement driveway every 10 years for 30 yrs. Except for a few minor blemishes due to wear and tear it still looks like it did 30 years ago. Brian is a hard, conscientious worker and I would recommend him anytime.

Brian Vezelis is a true craftsman and artist with masonry work. We hired Brian to build a stamped concrete patio walkway, which was 21’ long by 5 1/2’ wide with a decorative stone wall (about 20" high). We also asked him to re-route the gutter drain under the patio for better drainage. From coming out to look at the project, taking the measurements, and showing us samples of materials to pick from, it was apparent that Brian has great expertise, and he was very helpful. During the project, he was so precise with his measurements, leveling, and calculating the exact angles for the optimal outcome. He made sure that every part of the walkway was level and sloped where it needed to for proper drainage.
This is our second project with Brian and we would not hesitate to hire him again. He is honest and hard working, and he makes sure the job is done correctly. His work is definitely worth the price. We now have a beautiful stamped concrete patio walkway that will probably outlast the home.
